Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive ambulatory care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs across the lifespan. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN coordinates care through direct, telehealth, or electronic encounters, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality, patient-centered care. The position requires compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements, supporting clinicians to deliver safe and compassionate services aligned with organizational values. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop care plans tailored to individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Facilitate patient education and support during encounters via multiple modalities. Coordinate care with team members, ensuring adherence to professional standards. Maintain regulatory compliance and support quality improvement initiatives. Support clinicians and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree). Current Washington RN license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. At least 18 months of professional nursing experience. Key Attributes Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance. Patient-focused approach emphasizing whole-person care.
