Overview
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Residential Services team. This role provides on-site nursing support to individuals in our group homes, including health assessments, medication administration (including injectables) as needed, care coordination, and staff training.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Enjoy weekends and all major holidays off
Key
Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessments and contribute to treatment planning
- Administer and monitor injectable medications as needed
- Educate clients and staff on medication and wellness topics
- Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
- Use clinical judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities
- Actively participate in staff training and respond effectively to crises as needed
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey RN license (required)
- Experience in psychiatric/behavioral health preferred
- Active CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with EMR systems a plus
Compensation and

- Hourly Rate: Determined by the Union Collective Bargaining Agreement; starting at $21.21, with additional hourly pay commensurate with years of relevant experience.
