In this role you will care for critically-ill patients in our 25-bed Medical Stepdown Unit. Join our team of highly-skilled clinicians providing specialized nursing care, including ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and administration of vasoactive medications.

This is a full-time, 12-hour night shift position with flexible scheduling.

Preferred Criteria

1-2 years of RN experience in acute care

1 year of RN stepdown/telemetry experience

ACLS certification

Required Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain)

BCLS certification

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range

$129,681-$141,006/Annual

  • Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • BCLS certification
  • 1-2 years of RN experience in acute care (preferred)
  • 1 year of RN stepdown/telemetry experience (preferred)
  • ACLS certification (preferred)
  • 12 hour shift
  • Night shift
