About this role
Role: The Registered Nurse II provides high-quality, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric cardiology patients in clinic and virtual settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts telephone triage, nurse visits, disease management, patient education, medication administration, diagnostic testing, and procedure coordination. Acts as a liaison between patients and the care team, supports prescription refills, responds to urgent needs, participates in quality improvement, and may travel to other clinics.
Qualifications & Skills
Must have RN licensure, at least two years of nursing experience (primary care preferred), and BLS certification. A BSN is preferred; an associate degree with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years is acceptable. Requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
