Outpatient Registered Nurse II - Cardiology

Role: The Registered Nurse II provides high-quality, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric cardiology patients in clinic and virtual settings. Key Responsibilities: Conducts telephone triage, nurse visits, disease management, patient education, medication administration, diagnostic testing, and procedure coordination. Acts as a liaison between patients and the care team, supports prescription refills, responds to urgent needs, participates in quality improvement, and may travel to other clinics. Qualifications & Skills: Must have RN licensure, at least two years of nursing experience (primary care preferred), and BLS certification. A BSN is preferred; an associate degree with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years is acceptable. Requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
