About the Role
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
Assess and monitor patient condition, identifying and reporting changes to ensure timely interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory standards and facility policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our patient care services
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identifying and prioritizing care needs
Supervise and mentor new staff members, providing guidance and support
Participate in staff development activities, staying current with industry trends and best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and adhering to facility policies
