About this role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care services to patients in Utah in the Kamas area for 12 hour day shift daily nursing.
Key
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough physical assessments during each visit. Assist patients with breathing exercises and techniques. Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. Document patient progress and update care plans as needed.

Requirements
Active RN or LPN license. Experience in home health or community-based nursing preferred but not required. Compassion and treatment of the whole person, not just a 'job'. Patients are cared for long term over many months/years. Not traditional 30-60-90 home care. Personal relationships of trust are formed and nurtured between nurses and patients. Punctuality is a requirement and expected at all times. Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling.
