- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required), Master's degree in Nursing (preferred), 3 years Nursing experience, Current RN License in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and retrieval, Proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard, Effective verbal and written communication skills, Strong presentation skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent time management skills, Experience working with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities, Experience working in stressful situations
