3-11 RN Supervisor
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Assess resident care needs and provide direct nursing care as necessary. Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure adherence to standards and regulations. Handle emergencies and urgent situations effectively and calmly. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate resident care. Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and address any concerns. Complete documentation and maintain accurate resident records. Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.

Requirements
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a nursing home or long-term care setting. Understanding of state and federal regulations related to nursing home care.
