About this role
We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum. Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality. Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis. Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required
- Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation
- BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
- 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
