About this role

Are you looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct care to clients in withdrawal management and detoxification. As a nurse in one of our 24-hour facilities you will care and support clients with substance use disorder. Full-time and part-time positions available with overnight and every other weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Read the full posting

Observe and document general physical and emotional condition of client at time of admission and discharge. Document all admissions/discharges, assessments, evaluations, client care, and discharge summaries. Accurately chart all medications, physical, emotional and mental status. Chart all referrals, contacts with outside agencies and significant others, and significant events involving client. Determine and implement appropriate interventions within a nursing plan of care. Administer general nursing care to patients including medications. Assist patients with physical care, hygiene needs and vital signs. Transcribe and implement physician orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

Associate's degree in nursing Must have a current active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota. Experience working with individuals that have substance use and/or co-occurring disorder preferred.

Pay: $25.11 - $30.13 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience.
