Work directly with and support prescribing physician to ensure accuracy in EMR and pharmacy.
Participate in weekly treatment team meetings
Review all referrals prior to admission
Assist and support lead CRMA in destruction of unused medication
Review Medication Observation Records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Delegate and supervise tasks assigned to the lead CRMA
Collaborate with Clinical Director regarding medication management processes and procedures
Provide direction and support to CRMA
On call for medical questions/concerns from the program
On-site presence 1 -2 times per week
Maintain all necessary documentation
Collaborate with Treatment team to assure medication needs are addressed prior to discharge
All other related duties as assigned
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
