Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Home Healthcare LVN to work with an adult patient in their home in Clovis, CA. Maxim provides on-the-job training for all nursing skills required, but one year or more of LVN nursing experience in any setting is required. Patient requires G-Tube, Tracheostomy, and home Ventilator care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
