About this role
Skilled Cardiology Device Clinic Nurse position to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document professional nursing care of patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) including pacemakers, implantable defibrillakers, cardiac resynchronization therapy and implantable loop recorders. Responsibilities include interrogating and programming implanted cardiac devices, recognizing CIED abnormalities, completing documentation, reviewing remote transmissions, and serving as an expert resource for device and arrhythmia management.

Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- RN-NM, Current licensure in New Mexico as a registered nurse
- 1-2 years experience in critical care, interventional cardiology/electrophysiology lab or cardiac step-down unit
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Strong cardiology background preferred
- Completion of a professional CIED program through ATI, PrepMD or similar preferred
