Originally opening its first campus, Crossroads East, in Phoenix, the organization has grown over 60+ years into one of the largest residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs in the United States. Crossroads operates 10 facilities across the Phoenix valley area, including residential treatment and outpatient facilities, and has treated over 60,000 individuals struggling with addiction throughout Arizona. The organization serves men, women, and Veterans with Substance Use Disorder through high-quality, affordable residential and outpatient recovery programs. Crossroads is recognized for its peer-driven treatment model and comprehensive care approach. Nurses at Crossroads work within an interdisciplinary team, managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring clients' health through the nursing process, providing physical health support, and delivering education to clients in a substance abuse treatment setting. The RN role involves assessment of physical needs, implementation of care plans, and delivery of preventative and therapeutic services in collaboration with other team members.
