About this role

Hospice RN Case Manager for Bayou City Hospice. We are looking to add a nurse to our team for care for hospice patients in the North Houston/Katy area. We maintain low case loads to allow for more frequent visits to ensure better management and anticipation of symptoms and needs.

Requirements

Current RN license.

Two years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting, hospice preferred.
