Role Overview

The Staff Nurse provides expert, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Responsible for direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, supervising team members, and ensuring compliance with standards of care. Communicates effectively, fosters collaboration, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Texas RN license and Basic Life Support certification. Minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency. Knowledge of hospital policies, safety protocols, and nursing standards. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
