*Requirements*
- Active Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- New graduates welcome
- 1+ year experience preferred (acute care or long-term care)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
*Responsibilities*
- Provide direct nursing care during overnight hours
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments
- Ensure resident safety and comfort overnight
- Supervise CNAs/LPNs on night shift
- Complete accurate EMR documentation
- Communicate with day shift for continuity of care
