Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to support our mission of helping people on their path to better health. In this role, you will administer vaccines (including flu, COVID-19, MMR, and others) in a community-based healthcare setting such as retail clinics or pharmacy locations. This is a patient-facing role requiring strong clinical skills, flexibility, and a commitment to high-quality care.

- Key Responsibilities
- Administer vaccines safely and accurately in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor patients before and after immunization for any adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide education to patients regarding vaccines and aftercare
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards (including PPE use)
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and team members
- Support overall clinic workflow and patient experience
- Required Qualifications
- Active, full, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with immunizations or direct patient care
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong clinical skills, including medication and vaccine administration
- Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in immunization programs or retail/clinic settings
- Experience working in community health or pharmacy environments
- Work Environment
- Retail clinic or pharmacy-based setting
