About the Role
As a Nursing Manager at Infinite Minds PPEC, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinical team, providing guidance and support to our nurses and other healthcare professionals. Your expertise in pediatric nursing and leadership will enable you to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to address patient needs, provide education and training to staff, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Oversee the daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care
Provide guidance and support to nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Develop and implement effective care plans, addressing the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs and promote positive outcomes
Provide education and training to staff on various topics, including patient care, safety protocols, and infection control
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes
Foster a culture of safety, respect, and communication among staff, patients, and families
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a leadership role
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
Strong knowledge of pediatric nursing principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients, families, and staff
