Are you a compassionate, dependable CNA looking to make a meaningful difference in someone's life?

We are seeking an exceptional caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a 27-year-old client who was in a tragic accident and has broken both ankles is wheelchair-bound and non weight bearing and requires assistance with daily living activities.

This is an opportunity to build a strong relationship with a client and provide high-quality, personalized care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide toileting assistance
• Assist with transfers and lifting (client is approximately 165 lbs., 5'11")
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care- load of laundry if accident occurs
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Requirements

• Current Arizona CNA License
• Current CPR Certification
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current TB Test/Screening
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Ability to safely assist with lifting and transfers
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Home health or caregiving experience preferred
