About this role

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and interventions continuously. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.

Supervise and delegate care provided by members of the healthcare team. Respond to code situations promptly and effectively.
