About this role
Registered Nurse position on an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team at RADIAS Health, a nonprofit Mental Health & Substance Use Disorders services organization in Minneapolis, MN. The RN works as an integrated team member alongside psychiatrists and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive community-based care to adults with mental illness, substance use disorder, and associated medical conditions. Responsibilities include medication administration and management, psychopharmacologic treatment oversight, coordinating medical and psychiatric care, conducting health assessments, administering IM medications, participating in daily team meetings and treatment planning, and providing ACT services in community settings.
Requires current Minnesota RN license; bachelor's degree and psychiatric setting experience preferred.
