How you'll make an impact in this role:
Provide expert, direct nursing care for critically ill newborns.
Continuously assess, monitor, and interpret complex physiological data. You will proactively adjust care plans in real-time, ensuring that every shift in a neonate's status is met with an immediate, expert response.
Serve as the central coordinator for a massive multidisciplinary team to ensure a unified, "whole-baby" approach to healing.
As the primary educator and translator for families in crisis; you will coordinate complex discharge planning, transforming parents into confident caregivers for their medically fragile infants.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
Certification specializing in The S. T. A. B. L. E Program preferred.
Education:
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Requirements
