Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their support systems. Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families. Promoting patient independence by: Setting patient care goals. Educating patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care. Addressing questions and concerns. Ensuring quality of care by: Adhering to therapeutic standards. Measuring health outcomes against patient care goals. Making or recommending necessary adjustments. Resolving patient problems and needs using multidisciplinary team strategies. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Protecting patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies, medication administration protocols, and controlled substance regulations. Other Duties as assigned Qualifications And Skills To excel as an RN Nurse Manager, you will need: An RN license (required). Wound/treatment experience (preferred). Strong clinical skills, bedside manner, and infection control knowledge. Proficiency in administering medication and maintaining health promotion standards.
