Your future role at a glance: Location: Murfreesboro, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Department: Emergency Department Schedule: Full-Time | Days How you'll make an impact in this role: Deliver compassionate direct nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment tailored to their unique needs. Lead the coordination of care across multiple medical disciplines, serving as the central point of contact to ensure a seamless and well-organized experience for the patient. Manage the full patient journey by implementing care plans and proactively coordinating discharge needs with the healthcare team to ensure a safe transition to the next stage of recovery. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
