Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care.
- Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities.
- Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

- Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a long term care setting
- A natural problem solver
- Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
