About this role
The Nurse Clinician works in a multidisciplinary environment requiring exceptional interpersonal skills. Performs patient assessments via phone or in person, implements nursing interventions, initiates and organizes patient education. Responsibilities include maintaining safe work environment, providing pre-attending care, performing routine and complex nursing duties, triaging phone calls, managing urgent/emergent situations, serving as a resource for staff, and complying with policies and procedures. Full Time, salaried position at 40 hours per week at the Grayslake clinic. Schedule is Monday through Friday.

Requirements
- RN
- State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Professional Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR certification
- Current experience within past five years or new nursing graduate within past two years
- If less than six months experience, approval required from NMG Director of Professional Development
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in ambulatory or acute care preferred
