About Our Emergency Department: Our Emergency Department cares for more than 45,000 patients annually and serves as the primary emergency care destination for southern Middle Tennessee. We're proud to provide care in brand-new treatment spaces designed to support exceptional patient care and an outstanding work environment. As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), we're committed to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Our team cares for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, giving our nurses the opportunity to develop and maintain a broad emergency nursing skill set. You'll also work alongside an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist, providing an extra layer of support for medication management and high-acuity patient care. You'll work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and support staff who are committed to providing exceptional, evidence-based emergency care.
