Requirements

  • Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a ACNP or FNP
  • Current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice
  • Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date
  • DEA registration required
