Role
Overview
As an LPN with White Glove Placement, you will deliver quality bedside care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
Your responsibilities will include
Monitoring and documenting patients’ vital signs
Administering medications and treatments
Following physicians’ orders
Supporting elderly, rehabilitative, and long-term care residents with daily needs
Minimum Requirements
Active New York State LPN License
Experience handling high resident ratios and medication administration
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills
Ability to meet vaccination and health screening requirements (2-step PPD, MMR, etc.)
