What You’ll Do
Provide direct resident care following individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments as needed
Support and supervise nursing assistants
Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies
Ensure resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
What You Bring
Active RN or LPN license
Medication administration and IV certification
Understanding of state rules and regulations
Positive, dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
Passion for improving residents’ lives
