What the posting states
- Weekends, holidays, call
- Shift Detail: Day shift, 7a-730p, every other weekends and rotating holidays
Worth asking
- Can you walk me through the base pay range and differentials?
- Can you confirm which shifts are open, how many hours and shifts are expected each week, and what the call requirements are?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
