About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge compassionately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include
Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate nursing care. Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status. Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient management. Reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Monitoring patient responses to interventions and adjusting care as needed. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred. Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; specialty experience preferred. License as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a Compact state. CPR certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
