Position: Registered Nurse Role and Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, focusing on their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Conduct ongoing assessments, revise care plans based on patient condition changes, and deliver services aligned with laws, regulations, and standards. Supervise and support C N As and LPNs daily, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications and Skills: Hold an active RN license in good standing, with a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree). Preferably have at least one year of skilled nursing experience. CPR certification required; must remain current. Demonstrate excellent customer service, positive attitude, reasoning, good judgment, and effective communication within interdisciplinary teams. Key Duties: Implement departmental policies and procedures, evaluate patient needs, provide clinical supervision, and promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality care.
