Position Purpose

The Clinical Nurse/Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Observation Unit to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person.

As a Registered Nurse You Will

Provide direct nursing care to oncology, med/surg, and hospice patients. Administer medications, including chemotherapy (if certified), and monitor for side effects. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Offer emotional support and education to patients and families. Participate in discharge planning, pain management, and palliative care coordination. Document patient progress and communicate effectively with care team

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program; basic professional nursing degree (BSN) preferred.
