- Provide direct patient care to patients.
- Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and apply medical knowledge to diagnose and treat patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
- Utilize anatomy knowledge to understand patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide care to patients with a variety of conditions..
- Operate medical equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care.
Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is located.
- Experience working in a sub-acute setting.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and systems.
- Familiarity with DME equipment and its applications in patient care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
