Your future role at a glance: Location: Mequon, WI Facility: Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Department: Float Specialty Units Schedule: Night Shift | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role: • Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care that places patient comfort and clinical excellence at the forefront of every interaction. • Manage the patient’s complete care journey, meticulously documenting clinical progress, promptly executing physician and nursing orders, and providing critical updates to the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care. • Coordinate care across all clinical disciplines, acting as the primary advocate and liaison to guarantee well-integrated, holistic services that lead to optimal patient outcomes. • Assess ongoing patient needs in real-time, proactively collaborating with the broader healthcare team to adjust treatment plans and ensure a safe, efficient, and successful transition through their recovery. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification / Registration: • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
