How you grow matters here... Acute Step down is looking for a skilled nurse for a charge RN position. The Progressive Care team is looking for a Charge RN to join its team.
Charge RN will work under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care. The Acute Medical Step-Down unit at Presbyterian Hospital provides care for high acuity patients within a culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and mutual respect.

Requirements

- BLS certification required at time of hire
- ACLS certification
- Specialty certifications in area of practice preferred
