What You'll Do
- Respond to after-hours hospice calls and urgent patient needs throughout the Twin Cities Metro.
- Perform in-home assessments and provide symptom management, medication administration, and comfort-focused nursing care.
- Support patients and families through changing conditions with confidence and compassion.
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
What You'll Bring
Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Hospice experience preferred; nurses from ICU, oncology, home health, emergency, or palliative care are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and the ability to build trust during stressful situations.
- Availability for a 7 On / 7 Off evening and overnight schedule.
