  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physiological evaluations to determine care needs.
  • Deliver specialized nursing interventions across multiple settings such as hospital inpatient units, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, and post-acute facilities.
  • Manage complex cases involving critical care, trauma, infectious diseases, geriatrics, behavioral health, pediatrics, and medical-surgical conditions.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and facilitate seamless transitions of care through detailed documentation and communication with healthcare providers.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist with procedures in hospital or outpatient environments, including OR experience when applicable.
  • Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluation and adjust care plans accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records while safeguarding patient confidentiality.

*Requirements*

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current state certification.
  • Proven experience in critical care settings such as ICU, Level I or Level II trauma centers, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), or emergency medicine environments.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital medicine, acute care procedures, and medical terminology.
  • Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings including post-acute care and clinic environments.
  • Familiarity with patient assessment techniques, vital signs monitoring, utilization management, case management, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
  • Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining effective communication with healthcare teams.
  • Knowledge of physiology principles relevant to diverse patient populations including geriatrics and pediatrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills for discharge planning, medical records management, and intake processes.
