JOB
Summary
As a Charge Nurse, you will provide nursing leadership to the clinical team assigned to one or more units, and directing the overall operations of the clinical team to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards.
Qualifications
- Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility.
- Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC).
