As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior at Ohioans Home Health & Hospice , we will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on comfort care processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with
- One year of comfort care experience
- Current RN state licensure
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Hospice/case management experience preferred
- Opportunities for part or full time, working 8 hour or
- 12 hour shifts
