RN Infusion- Vascular Access - Outpatient Care Center

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to infusion patients. Requires excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize the needs of the patients and the practice. Will perform age related patient assessment and intervention as well as scheduling tests and interventions per provider order. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Train in advanced IV placement using Ultrasound Guidance, PICC and midline vascular access placement. Day • 12 hour shifts, every 6th weekend.
