About this role
The Certified Nurse Aide will provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident assessments and care plans. Essential functions include assisting residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, care of hair, nails, moving residents from area to area, responding to calls, carrying out duties in accordance with resident care policy and procedure, measuring and recording vital signs, detecting and reporting situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries, contributing knowledge of resident's conditions/needs to resident care plans, and observing and reporting symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to Charge Nurse.

- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
