We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for 4C Women’s Pavilion/Birthplace to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients and families throughout their healthcare journey. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, support positive patient outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced women’s health and childbirth setting.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on each patient’s individual needs. Provide safe, compassionate care and education to patients and their families. Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare team members. Support patient and family involvement in care decisions through clear and respectful communication. Maintain professional nursing standards and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Who you are
A licensed Registered Nurse committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Skilled in clinical assessment, critical thinking, and care planning. A collaborative team member who communicates effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Dedicated to creating a supportive, respectful, and patient-focused environment. Experience in women’s health, labor and delivery, postpartum, or related clinical settings is preferred.
