About this role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity dialysis and apheresis team providing life-sustaining treatments to medically complex adult and geriatric patients. This role includes inpatient hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and therapeutic apheresis in both unit-based and ICU bedside settings.
Position details
- Specialty: Hemodialysis / Acute Dialysis / Apheresis
- Shift: Night shift | 3x12s (18:30–07:00)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Float Requirement: Across 3 Cone Health campuses
- Call Requirement: Sunday nights only
- Weekend Rotation: Yes (rotating schedule)
No Local Candidates; Must live 50 miles from the facility
Requirements
Active NC RN license or Compact license (must be active)
Minimum 2 years hemodialysis experience
Strong Epic EMR experience (REQUIRED)
Experience in dialysis, ICU, or acute care strongly preferred
Ability to work across multiple campuses and high-acuity environments Simple, Stress-Free Onboarding
