American Traveler is hiring an RN for a NICU position requiring an active Ohio or compact RN license and at least 1 year of NICU experience.
Details
- NICU setting within a hospital environment
- Day shift schedule, 3x
- 12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekend rotation required, typically every 3rd weekend to align with NICU staffing model
- Float to inpatient units required when not needed in the NICU
- Shifts scheduled based on unit needs
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in Ohio or compact license
- Current CPR and NRP certifications
- Associate degree required, BSN preferred
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required, 2+ years preferred
- Central line, PICC, and umbilical line competency required
- Skilled in all forms of O2 delivery including N/C, high flow, CPAP, NIV, and ventilator management
- G-tube and trach experience preferred but not mandatory
- Two references required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

- Navy blue scrub top with navy blue or black scrub pants required
- Former permanent employees must wait 6 months before being eligible for this position
