Licensed Vocational Nurse - Home Health
Duties
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform wound care and dressing changes

Qualifications
- Valid LVN license in the state of practice

- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth)
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Proficiency in basic IV therapy techniques
