About this role
Sanford Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Resource Team. This team supports the entire organization by working alongside specialty nurses on individual units throughout Sanford's three hospital locations in Fargo. Resource Team RNs are hired to work a cluster of adult inpatient medical/surgical units and are cross-trained to other specialty areas. The RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients, collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, and practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Unencumbered RN license with State Board of Nursing
- RN North Dakota license required at time of hire
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligible
- 12 hour shift, Night shift
