This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional who enjoys patient care but is also ready to take on greater responsibility and leadership. As Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the onsite health clinic while continuing to provide hands-on clinical care to employees.
You’ll work a consistent Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule with no nights or weekends , earn $30.00–$34.00 per hour , and receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus .

About the Role
As the onsite Clinic Manager , you’ll be responsible for both patient care and the day-to-day clinical and operational activities of the health center.
You’ll provide assessment and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses while helping coordinate workers’ compensation cases, return-to-work programs, employee health services, and clinic operations.
You’ll also collaborate with client stakeholders in Human Resources, Safety, Environmental Health, and Benefits, as well as Medcor’s clinical and operational leadership.
This is a hands-on healthcare leadership position ideal for an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN who is comfortable taking ownership of a clinic while continuing to provide direct patient care.
What You’ll Do
A typical day may include
Leading and supporting the daily operations of the onsite occupational health clinic
Assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses
Providing care according to Medcor’s evidence-based clinical protocols
Coordinating workers’ compensation and injury case management
Supporting Return-to-Work (RTW) programs and monitoring treatment plans
Working with outside medical providers to coordinate employee care
Performing pre-employment and post-offer health screenings
Supporting employee health, wellness, and injury-prevention initiatives
Collaborating with client Human Resources, Safety, Environmental Health, and Benefits teams
Partnering with the client’s third-party administrator (TPA) and local healthcare providers
Maintaining timely and accurate documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Managing clinic workflows, scheduling, supplies, logistics, and general administrative responsibilities
Building strong relationships with employees, client stakeholders, and Medcor leadership
Providing excellent patient care and customer service
What You’ll Need
To be considered, you must
Be a Bilingual EMT, Paramedic, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Hold the appropriate current and unrestricted license or certification for your discipline
Maintain current CPR/BLS certification
Be comfortable providing hands-on patient care in an onsite clinic setting
Have the ability to lead and support daily clinic operations
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of clinic responsibilities
Have strong computer and technology skills, including experience or comfort working with electronic medical record systems
Be able to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag
Be passionate about providing excellent patient care and creating a positive employee experience
It's a Plus If You Have
Previous occupational health or employee health experience
Experience working in an employer-based or worksite health clinic
Workers’ compensation or case management experience
Return-to-work program experience
Emergency medicine, EMS, urgent care, or critical care experience
Previous healthcare leadership, lead, supervisor, or clinic management experience
